The location of the hotel is exceptional, with close proximity to all the main tourist sites. It is conveniently located near the T1 tram line, making it easy to explore the city. The staff at the hotel are kind and helpful, providing great service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay for guests. the breakfast is delicious, and there are beautiful views of the sea from the dining area.

During my xmas stay, I loved the amazing staff at this hotel. They were so humble and cooperative, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel's location was also a major plus point. It was conveniently situated near tourist attractions, supermarkets, tram stations, and restaurants. Getting around was easy and hassle-free. the spacious and clean hotel room provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

One aspect that I disliked was the slow and unreliable internet connection. It kept getting disconnected, making it quite frustrating to stay connected.

The room was spotless and had all the amenities I needed, including an ironing board, mini-bar, and safe. The buffet breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. I liked that I could book tours and tickets through the hotel, and the spa and wellness center were top-notch.

The hotel's downtown location made it convenient to visit all the main tourist sites in the city. The rooms were spacious, with super comfortable beds, and were kept sparkling clean. The hotel's facilities were all new and well-maintained. The staff, especially Mr Burak, Mr Emrah, and Mr Yunus, were excellent. They were helpful, accommodating all our requests and providing excellent tips and recommendations for our stay in the city. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options for all tastes.

The location is quiet, near tram and metro stations. Everything is new and clean, with comfortable beds. Great breakfast and affordable airport transfers. Staff are helpful and love their job.

The hotel had a great location, making it easy for us to visit the main attractions of the city. The staff also provided us with a map of the city and gave us recommendations on where to go and what to do. They even offered to book a shuttle or taxi to ensure we made it to the airport on time on our last day.
